It's about delivering consistently good standards in an efficient manner at a reasonable price - 
it's a pity so many South African companies don't understand this simple concept!

Daily we are subjected to bad service and con-men posing as legitimate businesses, while also
having to endure monopolies that practice blatant price fixing and unfair business practices to the detriment of the consumer and economy 

without any fear of legal reprisals for the simple reason that the man in the street doesn't have the funds nor wherewithal that it would require 

to gain a just settlement when aggrieved. Unlike America, the consumer has little recourse against bad service and harmful practice. As a 

consumer website, we take offence to this and therefore have pleasure in introducing this consumer site where you can air your grievances 

and tell your side of the story. We always invite the other party concerned to voice their side and do our best to mediate a comfortable 

resolution wherever possible. Naturally many companies feel that their service levels and practices are above scrutiny and won't respond to 

complaints, in which case we'll publish their half hearted stories right here...

We have also been asked to facilitate petitions against the likes of Telkom and similar companies who charge
rates that are out of all proportion to their services and are strongly considering doing so... provided of course we
feel we can do something with the volume of people voicing complaints' submissions, otherwise it's just another venting exercise -
we'll keep you posted!
