We will this month start 2 new pages, one for your comments as our readers and patrons to all the restaurants as well as any feedback from the restaurants themselves, and the second page where we will display the top recipe and/or dish of the best establishments (with thanks to Little Lizzy for this suggestion).
We also have a new service for restaurateurs or those who want to open an establishment. We have an expert in the field who will be available to assist and advise you either upgrade or to help you open up CORRECTLY. We can assist you with legal compliance (ensuring that you have what is required by law - ie codes of conduct; letters of appointment etc); employing staff; dismissing staff; finding premises; furnishings; buying and selling.

Mention must be made of the fact that QUINTESSENTIAL will soon be opening in South Africa. They are an International elite club and concierge service who will recommend only the best and finest establishments.
It is in the best interests of all top class restaurateurs to get in with these people and a great deal will depend on our reviews. Aron and Leanne (“little Lizzy”) from London have been in Cape Town during March 2004 staying at (where else) the Nellie and were looking around to commence operations. They are fabulous people and Quintessential are set to change the way we do things in South Africa - bookings, eating out and entertainment in general.
